So apparently a girl from my graduating class, Marnie Schulenberg, started acting on As the World Turns a couple weeks ago. Good for her, she's a cool person. Has she used up all the fame allotted to my graduating class, though?

Woman with "globophobia" on Maury Povich. She flips out when she's near a balloon. Right.

Yesterday was a decent St. Patrick's day. Rachel stopped by to pick up the Chia herbs that I was watching while she was in Florida and she gave me a shotglass as a present. Then Quarter Beers with Connie and Mike, and Brandon, Mikie, April, Dan, Gabe, and Liz. Enjoyable people, then me , Mike, and Connie went to Muttly's as the requisite Irish bar. Then to Good Guys, then to Steve Kasulke's. And finally Mike and I had Steak and Egg and it was great. Oh and Chipotle today. Perfect.

"Meanwhile, at high-class parties in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, Paris Hilton remains the target of a very specific socialite indulgence. It's a game called Dump Your Drink On Paris, the object of which is to spot Paris at a party, "trip" next to her and splash the full contents of your Cape Cod across her expensive evening gown. The lighter the color of her fabric, and the darker the indelible fruit juice of your drink, the better. If ice cubes go down the back of her dress, you score double."

I was thinking about this movie last night.

My score on The Battle Royale Strategy Test:

Kazuo Kiriyama
(58 killer instinct, 93 independence, 40 sociability, and 64 rationality)

Kazuo is sociopathic killer who supposedly signed up for the program for fun. (In the novel he belongs to the class, but is a sociopath and a dengerous delinquent nonetheless.) He is a merciless bastard who kills almost as many as everyone else together and would proably have won the game if it wasn't for Shinji Mimura's bomb which blinds him.

What do your scores mean? - Your strategy
You are a rational, independent, cold-blooded killer. Or at least, capable of turning into one under the circumstances. The fact the you are not practically sociable could be a weakness if your other attribues wouldn't more than make up for it. You are likely to have a clear plan, a good amount of determination and a cool head. You will probably do what Kiriyama did and go alone killing everything that crosses your path without stopping for meaningless chit-chat.
Chance of survival: 80%

Your complete opposite is &Yukiko Kitano. You are similar to &Takako Chigusa and &Shogo Kawada.

I’d really appreciate your feedback, so please rate this test! Feel free to send me a message as well, especially if you have ideas to make the test better.

Today the IT department had catered lunch from Lebanese Taverna, delicious. Then our boss gave everyone in the department a Tivo with a year of service as a present! And as soon as I got back to my desk, my new laptop had arrived, my first ever. Yay technology!

On Friday, I went to my company's Christmas party at this amazing mansion in Georgetown called the Halcyon House. The bottom floor was "Ice" and the top floor was "Fire" with different foods and drinks in each area, a sushi bar, an oyster bar, hot foods upstairs, everybody dressed up, waiters walking around with food and drinks on trays. An enormous garden patio out back with steps overlooking Georgetown and Crystal City. Live music, salsa dancers, singers, coolest night ever. Mike came and my coworkers Laura and Christine and my boss Mike all drank with us and it was an awesome time. I've never been to such a good party.
